Pricing
1-5 Bedroom Homes: Our base rate is $350.00 + GST for 1 bedroom and 2-5 bedroom is $390.00 + GST, covering 6 hours of cleaning delivered by three workers for 2 hours each or two workers for 3 hours each. Additional hours are billed at $65.00 + GST per hour per cleaner. Homes larger then 5 bedroom will have a base rate negotiated at the time of booking.
For homes with significant grime, grease, heavy smoke residue, or overall dirt buildup, our cleaning rates are adjusted to $70.00 + GST per hour per cleaner, or we can provide a custom quote based on the job’s specifics.
Please note that cleaning of walls is billed at $65.00 + GST per hour, and for smokers’ units, the rate is $75.00 + GST per hour. These prices are based upon the condition of the property.
Payments can be conveniently made by e-transfer or cheque.

- Vacuuming and Washing of floors
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $150.00 applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Requirements
The home must be empty of all belongings, and our team cannot work around the moving company due to liability concerns. Payment is due at the end of the service.
