Pricing
Our initial cleaning service provides a thorough deep clean of your home, setting a pristine foundation for regular maintenance.
For the first deep clean, we offer a base rate of $180.00 for 3 hours of service plus 5% GST.
This can be delivered by either three cleaners for one hour each or two cleaners for 1.5 hours each, ensuring a total of 3 hours of meticulous cleaning.
Should additional time be required, we charge $60.00 per hour per cleaner, plus 5% GST.
Special Conditions
For homes requiring extra attention due to significant buildup, grime, or nicotine, our initial cleaning rate is adjusted to $250.00 for the first 3 hours with three cleaners.
This special rate applies to homes with extensive grunge, grease, urine, human waste, or clutter.
Additional hours are billed at $65.00 per hour per cleaner. We kindly request clients to inform us in advance about homes in such conditions to ensure optimal planning and service delivery.
Following the initial clean, our services are priced between $150.00 and $200.00 plus 5% GST, depending on the home’s size and condition between visits. Payments for services are due at the end of every service.
Payments can be conveniently made by e-transfer or cheque.

- Bathtubs and Showers
- Sinks
- Counters and Cabinets
- Mirrors cleaned and polished
- Mirror Lights
Living Areas & Bedrooms
- Dusting and polishing of all surfaces
- Cleaning of light switches
- Interior windows including tracks and sills (within safe reach)
- Sliding glass doors including tracks
- Vacuuming and Washing of floors
- Mirrors cleaned and polished
- Baseboards throughout the House
Please note that while interior windows are cleaned on a needs basis, sliding doors and tracks are cleaned during every visit to ensure your home’s cleanliness and comfort.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations, with a $60.00 fee applied for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service. We strive for flexibility and understanding but also seek to respect the time and scheduling of our cleaning teams.
