Base pricing includes 6 total hours of cleaning, staffed as three workers for 2 hours each or two workers for 3 hours each. We follow the specifications on your rental agreement’s mandatory move-in/move-out checklist.

Special Conditions

For homes requiring additional attention due to significant buildup such as heavy grime, grease, smoke residue, nicotine, or biohazards we will adjust the initial cleaning rate based on severity. Please notify us in advance so we can plan appropriately.
