Pricing
Our initial cleaning provides a thorough deep clean to set the foundation for regular maintenance. Staffing for the initial clean is scheduled as three cleaners for 1 hour each or two cleaners for 1.5 hours each—both equal to 3 total hours of service.

Special Conditions
For homes requiring additional attention due to significant buildup such as heavy grime, grease, smoke residue, nicotine, or biohazards we will adjust the initial cleaning rate based on severity. Please notify us in advance so we can plan appropriately.
